This monday we harvested all 1600 heads of garlic. It was a rainy day, but luckily the rain waited to come until we had all of the garlic harvested and under cover. We spent a good part of the afternoon grading and hanging it in our shed to “cure” this process takes a few weeks. Expect to see EverGood garlic very soon at markets. This year we have German White, Italian Red, and a bit of Lorez Italian. Have a great week everyone!
