Our Radishes are beautiful right now. Bella captured this picture while her and Sophia were washing them last week. When you have a bounty of radishes think outside of salad garnishes. Try them stir fried or roasted. Don’t forget the tops too. They can be eaten raw in salads, or sautéed up just like your favorite green! We plan to have radishes every week during the growing season. Some weeks they are spicy and some weeks they are mild. These last couple weeks, they’ve been beautiful and fairly mild.
